introducing the adversity group

In October 2020, Big Spaceship began a partnership with The Adversity Group (TAG), a DEI consultancy. TAG takes a human-centered approach to help organizations connect, reflect and respect difference with a goal of dismantling systemic discrimination by addressing four types of bias: ideological, internalized, interpersonal and institutional.

Through a comprehensive culture diagnostic including an agency-wide behaviors of inclusion survey, organizational health assessment and audits on the employer brand, employee experience and metrics, TAG will assess our policies and processes, and advise on best practices to foster inclusivity and equity across all stages of the employee life cycle including recruitment and attraction, onboarding, development and promotion.
